БИОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ДВУХ КОРМОВЫХ ДОБАВОК, СОДЕРЖАЩИХ ЭКДИСТЕРОИДЫ SERRATULA CORONATA L

In experiments on mice the biological effects of application of two fodder additives metaveron and ecdyzon, containing 20-hydroxyecdyzone Serratula coronata in concentration of 4.5 and 80.5 %, accordingly are investigated. It is retrieved, that the experimental fodder additives essentially differ on anabolic properties, mutagenicity and effect on the genesial function of animals. It is detected for the first time, that ecdysteroids of Serratula coronata are capable to enlarge up preimplantic and postimplantic destruction of embryos, to induce genetic changes in cells of bone marrow and sex cells of males. The estrogenic effect of ecdyzone is found. The effects of consequences of the above mentioned fodder additives on animals are detected.
