ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННО-КОММУНИКАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В ПРОЦЕССЕ ПОЗНАНИЯ ИСТОЧНИКОВ ПРАВА

The processes of modernization of the Russian judicial education require the use of innovative educational technologies enhanced to students activities, their motivation, communicative interaction among themselves and with teachers. The content of many judicial disciplines is changing quite rapidly. It is caused by a regular process for amending existing legislation. In this regard, consideration didactic material as lectures and practical exercises should be constantly updated. The article describes the methodological foundations of information and communication technologies in teaching legal subjects in these circumstances.
