Legislative base of struggle against radical movements in Russian Federation is analyzed in clause, the role of institutes of civil society in formation of intolerant attitude to displays of nationalism is estimated. The author analyzes in detail displays of nationalism for the last four years. It proves necessity of presenting exact data about right radical movements in our country as otherwise antidote for protection of political consciousness of the majority of citizens will not be found.
