Аннотация

The interaction of the plane layer of ring chiral structures arranged on a thin insulating substrate with electromagnetic radiation of the centimeter and decimeter ranges is considered. It is shown that this interaction is resonant and depends on the construction and relative positions of the structures. Methods for calculating the reflection and transmission spectra are proposed for such systems, the results of experimental studies are presented, and agreement of experimental and calculated data is shown.
