Аннотация
Equilibrium plasma configurations in the magnetic field are examined for three types of galateya-traps with conductors immersed in plasma. Mathematical models for configurations with symmetry are based on boundary value problems with the 2D elliptic semilinear Grad-Shafranov equation. The plasma, magnetic field, and electric current distributions in the trap are determined and their properties are investigated. The common property of all configurations is zero current in the place where pressure is maximal. Near the plasma configuration boundary the current is maximal. © 2013, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
