Аннотация
Volumes of expensive raw materials waste in textile industry in many respects depend not only on the size of winding packages, but also on the technological process of their formation. Operating time of winding packages of variable size and weight may cause the phenomenon of vibration and even their destruction, therefore identifying the vibration causes is an urgent task.
