Аннотация

Compression tests of the specimens of the type EP741NP Ni-based superalloy at the temperatures 1100, 1125, 1150, 1175, 1200 °C and deformation rates 10-1and 10-3s-1 were performed. The speci-mens were cut from the hot forged PM HIP compact fabricated using the rapidly quenched powder produced by plasma rotating electrode process (PREP). The results of investigation of the stress-strain curves and features of microstructure and boron distribution are presented. The following main methods were used for investigation: light metallography and track autoradiography on boron. Effect of the static and dynamic recrystallization on the features of the microstructure such as necklace, ultra high dispersion and coarse grains types were detected. Correlations of these peculiarities of the mi-crostructure with boron distribution and the features of the stress-strain curves were established.
