Аннотация

The article analyzes the current theoretical approaches to understanding the nature of revitalization processes of the Turkic peoples of Tom River region prevailing mainly in the environment of ethno-political elite of the Turkic-speaking Shors, Teleuts, and Siberian Tatars. Among the indigenous peoples of Tom River region the most acceptable was ethnic or ethnocultural neotraditionalism in the mind-set of urban residents "with the inclusion of traditional values, forms of activity, social relations of ethnicity in modernization processes for attaining ethnic group integrity through time and space". One of the important and often left without scientific attention remains the problem of the correlation of the concept of "the revival of traditional culture" with modern revitalization processes. The primary ethnic and cultural environment of urban Shors, Teleuts and Kalmyks is restored and artificially supported by local authorities for culture only among the members of folk groups and cannot be relayed on rural residents. In this regard, the problem of creating efficient and understandable for the indigenous rural people system of preservation of ethnic and cultural heritage in places of their compact residence is not solved. After years of Sovietization of the three previous generations of Shors, Teleuts and Kalmyks it is hardly possible to expect maintaining any old traditions that once formed the primary ethnic and cultural space. Elements of the revival of the traditional religions of neoshamanism and neotengriism, manifested at the theatrical festivals of Algadec-Pyram, Miltek, Pataki, Cyl-Pages are more decorative and entertaining, generously sponsored by the local post-Soviet authorities - the former ideologists of atheism, for maintaining a directive of the ruling party: "Kuzbass - region of consent!". Prospects of preservation of ethnocultural heritage and traditions really visible only in the two ecomuseums under the open sky: "Tazgol" in Mountain Shoriya and Teleut "Calkoy" in Belovo district. Eco-museums are one of the form of preservation of primal ethnic and cultural space, their main tasks are preservation and optimum development of natural and ethnic and cultural environment as interrelated parts of a whole, the maintenance of environmental balance between humans, the natural environment and monuments, the preservation of national identity of local population, creation of a system of self-regulation of social relations.
